1. Where do I get my claim number ?
Claim numbers are issued by the insurance companies at the time we contact them to report your auto accident.
2. How do I get my rental car?
If you need a rental car, we can help you make the necessary arrangements. Insurance companies will pay for a rental car if you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant. Dent Buster will check your policy and/or call your insurance company to find out if you have rental coverage and what your specific limitations are.
3. Is there a warranty on my the repairs done to my vehicle
Yes. We guarantee all repairs with a Lifetime Warranty (until you own a vehicle)
4. Do I need to schedule an estimate? How much does an estimate cost?
We offer free estimates. You do not need to schedule an estimate; you can stop in anytime Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm and Saturday, 7 am – 2 pm.
5. Will you work with my insurance directly?
Yes. We will work with your insurance to make sure that your repairs are completed to your standards and ours. We take care of the billing so you don’t have to worry about that process.
6. Will the paint match after my repairs?
At Dent Buster we incorporate highly specialized paints. We use the finest paint system available and constantly upgrade its technology and equipment to ensure that each vehicle’s paint matches. We take pride in our ability to match factory finishes as the final step in the repair process.
7. I need my car back ASAP. How can you get me back on the road?
Once we write your estimate, it is approved and you authorize us to begin work, we will set up a time line and let you know when your vehicle will be ready. It may take a few days in order to deliver the best work. If you need to get back on the road before then, we will be happy to set up a rental car for you, and communicate with your insurance company to handle the payment.
